im just wondering ive got a 1.4 bottom end and a 1.3blydenstien b+ head would u say thats the best head for a 1.4 bottom end cause blydenstien said dont get the 1.4 head cause its got more restrictors in it than the 1.3 head so is this the best set up would u say a 1.4 bottom end wiv 1.3blydenstieb b+ head wat do u lot fink cheers

If bill blydenstien say so then listen to him, I have heard very very good things about his flowed heads, basically he is the man with vaux heads.

i'd like a flowed head, anyone know where l can get one second hand in good nick for a 1.4 sr? pref big valves and sport cam etc

yer i got twin 40's, schrick cam,full zorst system, im now savin for a nitrous but its costin me 500 owch nearly there though then ill put the pics on the net for u lads to tell me wat u think of the car
