Went and saw The Departed last night... it was ok.

Incidently if your going orange wednesday make sure the film starts before midnight as my local is showing one viewing of borat at 12:05am... they have a notice that says no orange wednesday.

Incidently... to make your tickets cheaper always go to the self serve machine (if they have one) they'll be an option for Student tickets which are half price :D I have never been stopped to show an NUS card and if I was I'd probably tell them I'm applying for a new one as I was sick on my old one.

Haven't been a student for 5 years lol

Haha! Yeah, I always show them my NUS card then buy my mates tickets who aren't students. Try it on in mc donalds drive through with your old student card, just flash it up and you get a free cheeeseburger with an extra value meal!!

or with cineworld, pay ?10.99 a month and see as many films as you like ;) although in the summer they reap the money back as its too nice to sit in a dark room for 2 hours lol

Was thinking of doing that Cineworld jobbie - are there any restrictions on it? Thinking even if I only saw 2 movies a month I'd save money lol

where the **** to go to pay ?10 a ticket? Or do you have the posh seats with extra food an drinks lol.

Although i no longer work at showcase i have contacts on the inside that will let me in for free, so i shall go an see it when its died down a bit. I dont like people an thus im not sharing a cinema with 100 other retards.

Chi gate cinema... On a friday it costs about 7 or 8 quid each to get in for normal seats and as I do the gentlemanly thing I end up paying for me and the lady plus drinks etc (sucker that I am)! Its nearly as bad as London prices.
Diablo, Im going to see Borat on Wednesday as I have the day off uni and want to do something non-educational!

Juvenile lol

T'was kinda amusing, but the humour is far more childish than I thought it was going to be.

i liked it, very funny but was no where near as good as the ones he did on Ali G show in this country, they were far more hillarious.

Predictable, seen this sort of thing before and just knew what was coming, but some funny bits.

My favorite being when he threw his bag down and all you hear is the squak, PMSL !!

Was all cringing humour no variety. hey ho, maybe i have seen to much of his other stuff, and the ending was a bit of an anti climax but suppose fitted in with the satyle of the film, no hollywood ending!!

went last night with the gf....was pretty funny, but like people have said the storyline is sh*te...

best bit was when he blamed the jews for 9/11, people were saying 'you cant say that' whereas I just pi**ed myself!!!   lol
