Nova/ corsa quickshift gear linkage

What exactly is this QUICKSHIFT???

Does it work with XE Nova??

as far as i know its the linkage part shaped like a "s" . it shortens the throw of the gear leaver. i dont see why it shouldnt work with an xe if a normal nova one works with it then this will work fine.

is this the gear linkage near the gearbox do you have a pic, so I can conpair it will my old one it's broken :(
