Remote Central locking

I have just fitted vaux central locking to my nova and wanted to make it remote controled! Now i plan on hocking it to my alarm...when i get it. I want to spend a good ?400 on an alarm and not some ?99 from argos! So to de-lock the car im goin to use a kit from maplins. (Catalouge page 618) to make it Remote. Im not sure if this would work or what else i need? If anyone has done this could they give me some advice???

I FITTED A UNIVERSAL CENTROL LOCK KIT TO MY CAR AND WHEN THEY FITTED MY CAT 1 ALARM AND IMOBILISER I GOT HIM TO LINK IT TO THE CENTROL LOCKING. IT WAS FREE.

Any decent alarm will have output for the motors, the kit will be a waste of money (redundant) when you fit the alarm. Use the money for the kit to put towards your alarm and de-lock the doors after that`s fitted. ;)

the remote kit from maplins is a good deal at ?49.99 i have just done the job on mine but you will also need the module to link it to the alarm i think ?29 but works verry well
