alternator and bottom pulley?

i got an xe out of a calibra(motronic 2.8 distributor less)just wondering what alternator to use and which pulley to use to drive the pulley off the crank?also i cant see any way of ajusting the tension of the belt when i put one on as i have taken the power steering pump and tensioner off!! any ideas anyone? bear in mind that im doing this project on as cheap of a budget as i can so i dont want to borking out for courtney pulleys and th like! any help would be muchly appreciated!
