can anyone tell me anything I can do to my GSI to make it faster. It has a fixed distributor and no AFM, it hasn't even got a mixture or idle screw..it's all done itself off vacuums, it's supposed to adjust the timing itself to suit the load it's under but its started pinking??(which I don't think it should do)-- can any1 help...please!!

Just get a meaty timing cam m8! Theres not much u can play with on those things! Suppose u'v already done the 12 30mm holes in the bottom of the airbox (unless u have a k+n).

sounds like you have got a cat modle like me,in which case changing the octane plug from 98 to 91 will stop the pinking.
