engine swap

1.4 corsa b engine into my nova, what do i need to swap to get it running in the nova
its going into a 1.2 with injection, is it a plug in job or do i need to swap the whole loom?

what corsa engine is it 8v/16v ,spi/mpi

and what was the nova originally :thumb:

8v mate, soemthing in my white one went pop today, GRRRR!

think its spi, BUT im not totally sure!

should just be a plug and play then matey , as iirc the engines were the same just different cc so just swap them and fit the 1.4 ecu :thumb:

Plug and play if there both SPI.
Just make sure you also swap the ecu.

just wanted to check it was a stright swap
the corsa is pretty good(but i hate them), one of my mates wants it though as a project

If both are early Distributor models, your fine.
As some later spi engines had dis, and egr valves.
