Exhaust manifold 4-1/4-2-1

Hi there im not sure wat would be best for my SR, but im after an exhaust manifold for my slightly tuned 1.3sr.

Either 4-1 or 4-2-1

i havent got a mani' for sale . but i hear a '4-2-1' is better for a small block . where as '4-1' is better for a big block . it was in 'TV' a while back in a 'small block engine' guide ..
