Suspension help!!!

Could anyone give me any advice on the suspension setup which I'll need when i fit my Speedline Alessios. I have a 91' 1.4 SR - I'm gonna get the arch lips rolled - but i was just wondering how low to go?? 40mm?? 60mm?? I'm not sure. Anyway advice would be appreciated. Cheers :-/

Really depends on alot of parameters. I'm assuming the wheels are 16" what do you want to use the car for? How much do you want to spend. If it was me then for road use I would go 40 to 50 mm lower than standard fit the best you can afford Koni and Billies are good but not cheap. Fit a kit or at least if only springs go for Eibach. you have got to choose a compromise between harshness of ride and looks but take care the lower you go you can upset the cars handling and you mat need to push the arches out depending on the wheel size.
