Is it a mk1?
I dont think Nicks guide works for mk1 spoilers.

You could cut any studs off the spoiler and stick it on with tigerseal or something.

yeah thought of that but the weight of these things are suprising.
would it stay on with tigerseal or really sticky stuff like no more nails?

and yes it is mk1

I dont think the mk1 spoiler is as heavy as a mk2 one, might be ok with just tigerseal, clamped in position and letting it dry for 24hrs.

the hole positions are the same for gsi and gte spoilers. your have to do it properly or it wont stay on for long.
