My mate has a mk2 nova 1.1 shell with a 2.0astra engine. we fitted new bumpers to it, but i believe they're from a mk1.
They've left a gap under the grill, does anyone know how to get around this as ive noticed quite a few people with the same bumpers and no gap.
Here's a pic for visual reference. Any help will be soooo appreciated! THANKS!

its because the grill off a mk1 is different and fits into the bumper closing the gap

so is there any way you can close the gap?
Try loosing the front bar mounting bolts, pushing the bumper up, then retightening them.
You wont get it much better seeing as the bumper isn't meant to fit onto a mk2.

Custom grill... obviously this is a mk1 customised with mk2 bits and a lot of fibreglass. Same principle though.. would be less work with your grill.

lol that works too... and is probably the best option.
Or Mk 1 the front end of the 1.1 (?) shell....

its a j reg shell so is mk2 - id just stick the mk2 bumper on which ever it is rather than having to spray wings etc
