alright,some help needed!
Ive been quoted ?275+nasty for having my head gas flowed,does that sound about right or can it be done cheaper?(that does not include head bolts or new head gaskets etc) im in the midlands area (loughborough).

dpends how finely they're going to do it, sounds very pricey though

With headwork u get what u pay for. Just enlarging the ports and shining everything up might work or it might not. The better people will have done benchflow testing to find out what actually works. If its a 1.4 head u need to watch out as its easy to break into the water galleries on the inlet side. If u are after a lot better performance spend more money and get larger inlet valves - u won't regret it.
