what are the type of plates called that go between the front of windscreen an roll cage, can they be bought from demon tweeks etc or are they made specaily

i looked for a pic but couldnt find one its basically a plate with holes in that goes down the insdie corners of the windsceen an is welded to the cage

to you mean to ie the rollcage into the pillar? You'll onyl have them with hardcore weldin cages i would have thought. Easy enough to make up though

just get some 2mm steel plate and use some of that. thats what i did with my mates celica anyway

you mean the gusset plates that attach the cage to the a and b pillars

the prefab website doesnt seem to work anyone know any other sites i dont like buying from demon tweeks

Just had a look on the Prepfab website. seems to work ok.

www.prepfab.co.uk (http://www.prepfab.co.uk) . bit pricey for some metal plates tho.

also try www.rollcentre.co.uk (http://www.rollcentre.co.uk) under rollcage additions. called 'multipoints' : if they are the same thing

or make them up yourself, if you are going to weld them in yourself then you should be no problem cutting a few little plates out

has anyone ordered anything from prefab recently i ordered one set of roll cage stiffeners no money appeared to be taken out my account an i never recieved my item .
so i orderd a second set about a week ago i ve e mailed to ask when i will recieve the goods an have no reply yet
