Would a mk2 1.2 nova accept 15" Tigra alloys (49mm offset) with 195/45 tyres and -40mm lowering springs without any arch mods? I know there's a guide and everything on the site, but I think i heard Ian say something about the mk2 rear arches being wider, and he didn't need to mod his mk2 rear arches to get his 17s behind there...will they go on with no arch mods? SSSSSSSSSSSSteven? :D

lol chances are they wont go on without mods

if they do then your lucky, if its mk2 then you will prob need minamal mods on one side ov the car only.

cambride you will need to mount the callipers on 150000mm long plates so the the callipers will sit out from the wheels.
this means they will stay in sum nice fresh air and shouldt glaze over.

what you can do is build anoher bracket onto the calliper so when you hit the breaks it gives the pads a little rub down with 100 grit wet and dry first so they are nice and grippy.

u might need 11" wheels for the "brake pad cleanser" idea though. :)
