Can't offer help for spraying as I've never done plastic/bumpers but I reckon you should get them done in a dark grey to match the sides :thumb:

Good idea i was thinking of sticking to a more original theme but they really need doing . The local bodyshop have my original gm spoiler at the mo primed up ready to paint i might get them all done at once. should i keep the blue stripes running through them after they have been painted:confused: cus i dont wann get rid of my side strips as i wanna keep it looking original any suggestions

They look best in standard GM finish imo.

Yeah the spoiler is going back to glaicer white i might get the bumpers put back to a nice glossy grey colour and detail them with the blue stripe as the original looks. But iam still undecided on the grill should i get a new meshed grill like the one i have and get my sr badge put back in the middle or the side of it:confused: like in pic 3

I put up a thread in sticky on how to spray bumpers however if youve tried and boptched it already I'd get the body shop to do it for you. Spray cans arent a good idea on the front (I did this too) - stone chips get the better of it eventually - you need to use lacquer to protect it and this can be a biatch to apply (thinner than paint and runs easily).

As for the strips on the side - the blue looks okay - you could however replace the strips by covering up with a different coloured tape - white perhaps? or chrome? Just stick it over the existing colour - you can get it from halfords etc...

If you lacquer then do mega thin coats and do about 7+

I reckon white stripes would look quite nice.
