3rd gear needs sorting !!!

my gearbox always clonks going into 3rd gear unless you change gear really really slowly !

its really pissing me off !

ive posted about it on here b4 and someone suggested that turn the universal gearlinkage around 180degrees so it reaches further across ??

i aint really sure if thats the case , but i want it fixed !

any techie vauxhall gurus wanna help ??

where are you?

sounds like the 3rd gear synchro might be naffed.... its easier to jsut change the box than to replace the synchro..

just bung a nex box on..... sod stripping an F16 down for just a synchro.
