Have you got a big stereo install? I've got to take mine out. I have been running 3 amps and a x over for the last couple of weeks, and the car decided not to start this morning. But my mate gave me a jump at lunch and it was ok. I found the alarm going off every few seconds. I think the battery has been drained by the permanent live to the amps or the alarm is fucked and drained the battery.

go to halfords and they'll do a free alternator and battery check. When they tell you the problem (battery most likely) say you'll go get some money and you'll come back. then just find somewhere cheaper.
Hope it helps.
