For the rubber go to www.sealsplusdirect.co.uk (http://www.sealsplusdirect.co.uk) and order 5mtrs of SWR149. Works a treat.

Cutting
What you've got to do is strip everything from the window opening so that your left with the bare frame. Then get a sheet of card and trace and cut out an exact template of the hole and i do mean exact! Then lay your template on the sheet of polycarb and tape it down. Now you need to trace round the template but over sizing it by 4mm. A good way to do this is to place a piece of gash polycarb on end(if it's 4mm poly) between the template and your pen while you draw round. BUT on the section that slopes towards the front of the car(between the top of the window and the front section) you will have to over size from the template size by 8mm.

Sealing
Go to www.sealsdirect.co.uk (http://www.sealsdirect.co.uk) and buy 5 meters of S-shaped rubber (part No. SWR 149)

Sliders
I can't remember my measurements so i'll get back to you on that.

Fitting
What ever you do DON'T TAKE THE PLASTIC COVER OFF UNTIL THERE IN!!!
You'll be really p1ssed off when they looked scrached to fock after fitting them.
First of all you've got to slightly open up the channels on the rear and the top of the door where the window sits. This can be done with a pair of pipe grips. But remember to put some tape on the jaws to protect the body work.
Then cut your seals to lenght, starting from the bottom front of the door, push the seal in place around the door(and really push it into the corners) and cut where it started.
Then remove the seal and place the polycarb in the opening. Then replace the seal in the opening. Now starting from the bottom push the seal under the polycarb with a screwdriver and follow the window all the way round. Then from the inside check that the seal has folded over the edge of the polycarb, if not, just flip it out with a screw driver.

the front seals are the "problem".. the rears are fine to use the gm stuff.

No Dan they don't leak. The only place water can get in is through the sliders. But if you drill a little hole through the window from the outside into the lower guide, and blank off both ends of the lower guide, all water should drain through the hole.

I'll take some more photos of the seal and post them later.
