F*cking gearbox mount

[nova~norm]

need help have just put a c20ne in to my mates nova didnt think to remove the rear gear box mount b4 we put the engone in now we are having problems the mount its self is removed off the gear box but dont know where to split the gear selector bitty (if thats what its called)lol

Help please as engine needs to b ready to run tomorro well ready to be wired up
