1.4SR bits onto 1.3SR??

As above lol only a little more specific, i know both the 1.3 amd 1.4 SR`s run the pierburg 2E3 carb but are they identical barring the inlet manifold, i.e. will the bolt on filter from a 1.4 fit just the same on the 1.3, and are there any similarities in the exhaust system as i have a full system (slightly bigger bore than standard) from a 1.4SR and want to fit it to a 1.3 ive just aquired, will it swap staright over at the join from bottom of downpipe or will i need to swap the exhaust manifold and downpipe from the 1.4??
Prob a very silly sounding question but i honestly dont know so any help cheers peeps!!!

Exhausts are the same, carb is the same(apart from the jetting etc)

Only decent things on a 1.4 for a 1.3 is the cam(not worth changing over 1.3 item tho), and the bottom end(i.e. bolt the 1300 head to a 1400 bottom end)

Always interests me when people say put 1.3 heads on 1.4`s lol, but im not contesting it though, err so i can use the 1.3 exhaust manifold and downpipe with my 1.4 system then? just wondering as ive a 1.4SR carb inlet and exhaust on my old 1.2 engine so just wondering what can be used!!!

exhaust manifolds are the same, unless one of the is single downpipe, use a twin downpipe with the better system for a bit more grunt.

Ive got the twin pipe, downpipe one on my old 1.2, and its brand new too lol so can i just swap that onto the manifold on the 1.3, i hope so as my 1.4 manifold has a couple of snapped bolts and blows really badly!!

Yes your 1.3 manifold/downpipe will fit a 1.4 system.
On a 1.2 carb engine, you need a 1.3inlet.

Aye i found that out after it was fitted as it makes it run really sputtery on a 1.2, but the carb and inlet are staying put on the 1.2, and the system is coming off the 1.2 and going on my 1.3SR, cheers for help and advice peeps!!!
