How does the Corsa handle with a suspension kit and decent size wheels on Ste? Is it near the Nova's handling or a lot worse?

Ste L
15-10-06, 12:17 PM
its better than the nova, due to nova having an xe in the front, and just a lowering kit on the nova, and not xe springs

Corsas are seeming to make more sense as a daily hack though and keeping a nova as a fun car. Most Corsas are less rusty than the average Nova, I can get more bits in scrapyards, they are almost as simple as a Nova in terms of swapping bits about and a rot free one can be had for next to nothing. The only disadvantages are the looks (I like straight lines and angles). I've been put off by my mums 1.4 LS, but this is due to it being a bit rattly when floored (she doesn't bore it), the ghey interior and the poor handling (not helped by budget 145 80 13 tyres and standard suspension).

corsas are massively gay, but hate to say it they handle so much better than novas. I had the same set up on my nova as my corsa and ive near lost control of the corsa no matter how hard i go into a corner. Novas seem to be very twitchy in corners.

Put the steels back on and a let in it then go have some fun. lol
