V,from the colour and shine,the itlains are crap at painting and colour matching/making,U has a better fish and crisper colour...so think thats the mr2and arnt Ferrari calipars mounted on the front side... not the rear side of the disc... V has that too...

The one on the left (u) is the real one, the right (v) is the fake. The bumper on v is all moulded in, where as on the real Ferrari (u) its separate. C pillar and rear window also gives the game away.

I'd also like to add...7" spacers! OUCH

My money is on V being the MR2 the rear window isnt right, car is to stubby and short, the curve on the rear wheel arch, wheels dont sit right in the arch, the Ferrari crest on the wings, the car is right hand drive and the ferrari is left, note the wipers sweep,

The right-hand car is the replica, you can tell by the shape of the leading edge of the door. The curve at the top gives it away!!

Also, the front bumper/wing looks 1-piece, istead of seperate panels!

Yeah U is definatly the ferrari the above pic shows this and if you look at the rear pics the exhausts gaps show U to the the real 355! Its the best rep ive ever seen though lol

U is the real one. The fitment of the bumper gives it away, along with the brakes, and the fact that one is Ferrari red, and the other is Toyota red lol

V is the real ferrari, the mr2 replica is too well blended in (note front bumper/grill position) , the wheels are level with the arch's, mirrors sit higher on the f355 and lower on the mr2 & you wouldnt lower a ferrari.

the right 1 has the side shirts detatched from the bumper. the 1 on the left doesnt. so the 1 on the right is the fake
also the window wipers go different ways

U is deffo the real one you can see at the top of the door near the wing where the full door pannel has been joined so the car is wider also there is no gap between the bumper on V probabley because they have joined the bumpers to the wing
