Do it dude, i stripped/rebuilt a nissan sr20de (no it wasn't for racewars/my honduh ****vic lol)
purchase an engine stand which bolts to the block inplace of the 'box. they're well worth the ?40 (Clarke/Machine Mart)

yeah damnright! you will need the engine stand tho,it comes in handy because you can turn it thru 360 degrees so it makes working on sump and oil pickup alot easier than lying on your ****end scratching ya nuts lol. as for rebuilding it yourself yes do it but take pics and scribble and jot things down too cuz otherwise you will forget stuff, trust me i have first hand experience. sob sob. it took me a year to bench build a zvh 2.1 t but its well worth it because you do learn new stuff, trouble is you need the patience of a saint because you will break stuff, i.e them rusty ******* bolts always a struggle lol.
