MY HANDBRAKE KEEPS STICKING ON WHEN I RELEASE IT TO DRIVE AWAY. CAN ANYONE HELP. ALSO WHEN I HIT AROUND 90 OR 100 MILES MY CAR VIBRATES INTERMITANTLY

The vibrating will be your exhaust knocking against your chassi. Chances are if you've had a new exhaust fitted, the handbrake cable has become tangled with it causing it to stick sometimes. Take it to a garage and get them to check the position of the exhaust and handbrake cable.
