Alright peops, just got myself a 2.0 16v engine and wanna throw it in my gte - does anyone know of a guide or have any advice to throw at me?? Cheers!

carquip mounts ?50 (and 3 bolts at 60p each)
driveshafts ?150
big hammer for alternator clearance
astra heater hoses
and make top hose
and some commen sence with the wiring
anything else just ask

What about the radiator? is it ok to use the original nova one ? what about the fuel pump also ? i dunno, just asking ;)

which driveshafts have u used, as i want some decent ones as ive been talking to martin hill,u may know him, and he says his snapped quite a few shafts.
dont suppose uve got the number for carquip,and for the shafts.

The Mann Transmission shafts look very strong, machined from blanks which means no join. ?195 01677 424034.
