Mine is rusting at the sill just by the bottom of the rear doors.

Its only the 1.8 zetec but its solid, reliable, comfortable and warm.
Plus its acutally got a bit of grunt. Very responsive in 3rd, 4th and 5th.

I'm just looking at some fog lights like yours on ebay as I'm pretty sure they will be just plug and play.

Yeh mines only a 1.8 too but goes surprisingly well. The fogs just go straight in and all you need is the switch at the other end (pull out once for front fog and twice for both). mine blew a 7.5A fuse straight away though so i jus put a 10A in and its fine now although its not recomended lol

My gf has a nordic green (more gold than anything else) 1.8 saloon.

One thing I've noticed though is I think my gearbox is different ratio to hers as mine sounds like it needs another gear after 5th but hers doesnt.

My parents drive a modded older shape mondeo, bodykit and alloys Lol, it needs a good old service though, only fires on 3 pistons have the time, thats when it starts anyway!
