I have found a subtle(spelling?) vent from,of all things,a metro.It isnt the one that sticks out like a wallet in a pocket,but the one that clips in place,and has plastic mesh,and is slightly recessed.The thing I am wondering is where do I put the damn thing?-I was hoping to get it in the bonnet on the drivers side just b4 the carb,so some coldish air can get into the filter,but I am not sure how to cut out the hole for the vent,I know a jigsaw is the way,but how do i make a template as I want ot to fit in just like the metro,clip in,although I will prabably add a sealant all the way round it underneath,please help,thanks in advance
