Good solid nova 1.4i, with mot

Right I have a 3 door 1.4spi nova. The model is luxe + which means it comes with all the extras like electric windows ect... Has mot until march next year but no tax and has 70k on the clocks.
Underneath the car is very solid, no rust which is a novelty for a nova, boot floor is perfect ect.. Only down points on the body work is the driver side front wing as it has bubbles of rust in it and slight surface rust on the rear arches but these are nothing when you consider that the whole shell is solid.

Would make a good starting point for a project or first car. Looking for ?450 ono
