what gear box

what gear box would a 1.6 8v astra have its m or n reg cant see the stamp on the box i thought it would b a f15 5speed?i was hoping it would be a f16 so i wouldnt have to get new shafts 2 too put my 2l lump in also does any one kno if the mounts would be the same i know its not nova related just i know a few people on here have the knolage

dont know about the newer astras but know the mk2's and mk3's have the same mounts as a xe (notsure about desiles) i think u might have a f13 if its a small block car.

It will be a small block 1600 8v, probably with F13 or F15 box.
