What year were the cats put on the GSI's? And till what year can they be taken off??

If its a K reg (or L reg) the cat must be on to pass the MOT. If its a J reg then you can take it off.

I don't like cats.
One eat our fish in our pond, and they leave mucky footprints when they walk across your bonnet.

Mine's an early K plater made Nov 92 with NO cat. I think GSi's made from Jan 93 have them altho there's a few earlier ones kicking about with them (??) Anyways mines gone thru 3 MOT's fine! Cheer's Pat

Some of the earlier one have 'em, 'cos they were an option.
Why someone would CHOSE to have one, I will never know!
