Nova Wiring

I have put a complete new wiring loom out of a GSI into my nova with an X16XE Engine, I have connected everything up with the exception of connecting the corsa engine loom to the nova loom, thus all the lights, dash switches, clocks, battery are all connected.

although the battery is fully charged and connected I don't seem to have any power anywhere i.e the headlights arn't working etc, i didn't think it would make any difference to the headlights etc if the engine loom was connected or not aslong as the main loom was connected to the battery.

am i wasting my time looking for what i've done wrong until i've wired the engine loom to the main loom or should items like the headlights be working?

Check the connections to the headlights themselves, and the switch etc.

think its something a bit more than that as i'm getting no lights / power to anything anywhere

have you put the smaller the big red positive wires onto the battery , sounds like it isnt connected
