Guys, have any of you got a Power Boost Valve? Do you know what sort of BHP it will add? and is fuel economy seriously out the window with one of these? (I've got a GTE, so will it make much differnce) Cheers for any help! :D

Do they actually work? has anybody used one? I presume you could also use it as an adjustable fuel pressure regulator to get the mixture correct after mods?

Yep, thats what they are best for Paul. When you add filters and exhausts, the pick up in airflow is quicker than that of the fuel, and you sometimes get hesitation at low rpm, so the use of a CORRECTLY adjusted boost valve cures this problem.

I should imagine you could place one onto an SRi. The thing to do is type FSE BOOST VALVE into a search engine, I'm sure someone out there will have a contact number!

If your car doesn`t hesitate, don`t fit one (waste of money). If you do get one, get it set up properly or you could just be wasting fuel.
