i have a bit of a crack in my standard header tank, so i thought i would go full on and get an alloy one.

So which one to go for? i dont want a round one like baileys do - they dont suit the square car. so what other options are there?

TAS will probably be cheapest, I think they do a nova one.

just buy some aluminium, about 3 mm thick, a sheet of this 1m by 1m will cost about 20 quid, cut it to shape, u can also bu and threaded parts, u needed, and a few bits off alu tube, cat em all to the size, get it welded somewhere, should cost u no more than 60. i made my own alu tank, and it cost me nothing, all the metal was from work and welded it meself!!
