T40 linkages

Ive got to pick up my new engine next week (e16se) and it comes with a set of t40's on manifold to fit although none of it has ever been on the engine, its still the standard GTE engine, so i was wondering if anybodys got any links to where i can find some linkages Lol.

Also a quick question, what ignition system should i use with the setup, im aware i can use the standerd GTE fuel system but with a 3psi pressure regulator???

I believe u use the ignition system off a 1.3 1.4 carb engine.

It will run, but you will be well down on power.

1400SR system is what you want.

What if i use a different ignition coil?

Its the dizzy thats the most important bit, as the carb dizzy has weights inside that advance the timing.
SPI dizzys do not have this.

Oh yeh i never thought about advance timing, well i got a while till i decide to put the t40's on as they need a rebuild, plus need a bit of headwork first, just wanted to get all the info up together ready for the day:thumb:
