View Full Version : bye bye J605YNO.
well after 2 years of ownership my old shell is going to the big scrap yard in the sky. Reason for this is extensive corrosion, it was a difficult decison but when the rots eating the car while you trying to fix it up, it starts to get boring, so i bought the new shell which is very tidy, removed all the good parts from j605yno and but them on the new shell

Damnit you could have sent me the little vent thing just inside the door.
Another dead nova.
Did you have to pay to get rid of it Mike? Or did they collect it for free?

started chopping the roof off to cut the car up and scrap it myself (there was basically no front end to tow with and i coudlnt get it on the trailer, then after I had got most of the roof off (bar 2 pillars) my mate told me that there was a breakers who had just got a hi-ab so hence tied the roof back on

If you look at the drives side rear pillar you can see one of the bits of rope, you cant make out on the pic tho where the other cuts in the pillar are
lol lol
