Driving test today!

Sh*ting it! Still, if i pass at least ill be able to pick up decent parts and come to meets, to be honest i dont think i'll pass but i can only do my best ay?

It's natural to think you'll stuff it up but I'm sure you wont.
It can be pretty nerving but look beyond the test ;)

You'll be able to attend the Oxford meet if you pass.

Yeh, that would be nice, ill most probably attend the majority of meets on here, providing i can, its just really important to me that i pass, as long as i can remember ive always said ''i cant wait till i can drive'', now its down to the day, ive had about 15 lessons, which isnt as much as my mates have had, however i have drivin a lot off road, ill just take 100 quid with me i think, tip off the examinerlol - if only!

Fail, 18 minors, the driving instructer was really strict in my defence Lol, na he was pretty strict he just said i need to observe more or something i dont f*ckin know, yet my physical driving part of the sheet was perfect, so its clear i can drive BUT what i dont get is, he wants me to observe everything, if a fly ****s on the car i bet i gotta observe that, get the video camera out no doubt thats observation right?! But i was driving for an hour before i took my test i was nakered give me a break! Gotta wait another 6-8 weeks till the next one and fork out another 50 quid, p*ss take if you ask me, thinking of selling the nova and buying a 125, got offered a grand for it, think ill flog it and wait a little longer.

They got this tea pot in the waiting room and all the instructors seem to drink tea from it, so i was thinking, if i get there a little early and put the date rape drug in the pot maybe they will be a lot kinder?lol

I passed 2nd time. The first time i failed on the same thing as you. i pissed my 2nd test tho as i wasnt no wear near as nervous. unlucky tho mate

If you recieved 18 minors for Observations, there is obviously something lacking !

Does that mean people driving on long ditance journeys can stop observing after an hour !?

Take all the negetive points on board, and you should pass second time, no problems ! - You'l probably find that they'l know your technical ability is good. I failed first time due to 1 major on observation, no minors. I made a couple of Mistakes second time to do with gears e.t.c. At the end of the test the instructor simply said he knows i have the ability to drive, due to my previous test, and decided that a couple of mishaps with the wrong gears were not a reason to cause concern to him, He was purposly looking to see if my Ovbservations had improved. And with that, i passed with 1 minor.

you are obviously botherd about not passing which is why your going all defensive and goin out to get bollox'd as you put it. i passed my test 1st time so i dont know how your feeling and wouldnt pretend to but dont just give up because of one fail! also (here comes the good advice) phone the test center every day in the morning, in the afternoon and before they close and ask for cancellations! you will be suprised at how many people cancell coz they are not ready yet! my birthday was 28th of july and i passed on 24th of august but only because i phoned up for cancellation. keep ya chin up and go for it!

Lol, yeh i do accept the fact that i failed, im not arguing the fact, and yeh hopefully ill pass second time, i havnt told anyone with my mobile number the next test for the simple fact i dont want to be woken up at half past 7 again on my day off when my test is at half 3:wtf:
