Any 1 in the midands are want to earn them selves a few quid and a some beers. I will need some help stripin me car down and changing the head gasket. I dont really know what i am doin when it comes to this. I will give you a hand or you can just be there to tell me what to do. PLEASE! Also while the head is off what shouyld i do with it? Take it to the garage and get it skimmed/ported polished or what? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP :>

ALSO, when the car is hot and i undo the header tank lid, there is no presure in there. Is that the head gasket and would a blown gasget casue it to conk out like that?
