I Have A Set Of Twin 40 Weber On A Irmsher Inlet
Will This Fit On To My 1.2
If So Where Would I Get An Inlet Gasket Plus I,m In Need Of A Throtte Cable And Choke Cable Can Anyone Help Me
Yeh it will fit on a 1.2 carb engine.
Inlet gasket is standard 1200 one.
You wont need a choke cable as you dont use the choke on t40s.
You need a throttle cable for the T40s, think Rally Design sell them.

But It Has A Choke Cable On Now But The Person I Bought Them Of Cut The Cables How Come No Choke Is Used
I think you just pump the accelerator, and then hold the revs until they will idle ok.
Remove the choke cable.

Also They Are Jetted Up For A 1400 Is It Best To Get Them Rejetted If So To A 1200 Or 1300 And Where In Stoke On Trent Does Rejetting
You could give Mikeanics a call, there in congleton, they have a rolling road etc etc, so might do carbs.
They might be ok as they are.
Do you know what jets/chokes are in them?

the bloke just said they were standard apart from having they rejetted for his 1400
The jet size and choke size is stamped into them i think.

yeah it will need rejjetin and maybe different chokes im not sure. when i was buildin my engine i just rang up at a lot of the people from needforspeed.co.uk , onlineautosport.co.uk fastroadcars.co.uk and eurocarb.co.uk eurocarb told me what jets i would need on my engine from a chart or something i told him my complete spec but ithink your better to go to a RR as they will get the maximum power out of your car. lot of those above people had novas particularily a guy from NFS he had 1400 over 130bhp but it was a ridiculous spec
