Vinyl graphic printers?

Anyone know of a good company to have some graphics made up.
I've been quoted ?30 just as a set up fee for the particular graphic I want.

my old secondary school used to have a viynl cutter. bit like a dot matrix printer, you put the colour of vinyl in and then set up the pic or text on the computer program and it cut it out...

was really good.
