Hey Guys
got a c16sv engine in my nova and have a spair 13 and 14 sr heads would do any of these heads have better flow as im changing the head gasket and wondered if it would be worth changing the head
Thanks Ali:thumb:
the 1.3 head would be "better" in terms of flow, but you'd still be massively down on pwoer compared to an MPI 1.6 engine....

Yes i read that my engine was 84ish bhp as standard i was hoping this was due to the head and not the displacement!
Its a strong engine with weber carb and will be fitting my fast road cam so i hope to reach closer to the gsi engine bhp!
So would it be a good idea to get the 13 sr head ported and fit that?
Thanks Ali
Its down to the displacement, it has a terrible head as standard.
You could fit a 13sr head, but would also need a 13sr inlet manifold.

You might need measure the compression ratio first. See where it would leave compression at.
