Right, just on my way back from lunch to work, went to a wee Resturaunt out the road (Where i held the Vauxhall Meeting during the year) Had Bacon Beans and Chips served up by 2 lovely girls and **** me, i can hardly move. Think the Date Rape Drugged me??

I'm gonna give you a full break down.
For breakfast I had 2 slices of toast.
For lunch I had one ham sandwich (two slices of bread) a banana and some rolo's...( i just had a lust for rolo's for some reason)
For dinner... I will be having a 9"(ish) tesco meat feast pizza from their fridge section.

For breakfast, I had a bowl of Special K, with honey over the top. And a Muller light. (Breaky is the most important meal for me)
Lunch, I had a chicken roll.
I've been snacking on Pecans all day.
Drank about 3 litres of water.
And for tea.....just to top it off..........

breakfast...Oatibix (them new weetabix things - theyre sh*te!)
lunch...A turkey salad sandwich, doritos, 2 apples from me ma's apple tree, a banana, 2 oranges
tea... I did a chicken tikka curry with veg rice.

Tonight for tea I will be doing Fresh salmon wrapped in prociutto ham drizzled in olive oil and cooked in some mixed herbs with a serving of tomato stuffed with cous cous. May make some garlic bread too lol
