Front bumper realigning

Just a quick one, cant find my haynes manual so cant remember how to do it. My front bumper seems to have dropped, so there is a gap between the grill and the bumper. How do i raise my bumper so the gap is smaller?

two bolts in the inner arch, undo them push bumper up, do bolts up tight lol

I tried that and couldn't get it to change the gap, as theres two bolts on each side that hold the bumper irons, so theres not much movement at all.

best bet is undo it all, get a friend to help you by pushing the bumper up at the front as you tighten all bolts up. did it on mine and it sat purrfect :D
