i have a 1.2 injection which is stupidly slow, someone has offered me 450 to fit a gsi engine and everything else to get it up and running, is this good?

A gsi engine is about ?80 to buy.

And can be fitted yourself in a day or two.

you could do a 2.0 16v conversion for that much;)

what would i need to do then to drop a gsi lump into it? i no the box will have to get changed as well, what else?

Does the ?450 include the necessary brake and suspension upgrade?

its dropped 60mm on springs but i have some 40mm gmax springs and dampers
