Quaife do a rack & pinion kit for the Nova rack which I have fitted to mine or you can get a ready built one new or second hand.
If you are building one give me a shout as you will need a new bearing pressing onto the pinion shaft.
You can use this with a Corsa electic PAS column but you will need to sort out a speed sensor for it or get the ECU reprogrammed. Think you have to relocate the fusebox as well for the motor to fit.
Other option is to fit a shortened Corsa PAS rack with a Saxo electric pump

after winter the car will have my saftey devices cage fully welded in and no dash etc with exra cage bars for strength and mountings, fuse box will be relocated anyway and there should be plenty of rrom to play with, need to look into it more but should be good, the quickrack wont be as strenuous then with the pas, as its a pain now with the heavy front end.

pro tec, eurorallye, harry hockley e.t.c usually stock them as a kit or ready built

if you buy the kit remember to put the circlip in the right way round when building it up - i learned the hard way

might try and speak to him because theres no way it goes straight in, front mountings need lowered and need to make something to mount rear
