I am looking at ordering an ashley exhaust for my 1.2 k reg nov and am just wondering does anybody know whether the full systems for around ?150 come with a de-cat pipe or would i have to get this done separate and also i have heard they give a nice, loud sound is this true? what does the full system consist of when you order one? thanks a lot Andy:roll:

Ashley exhausts are downpipe back so will NOT fit your 1.2i.
You will have to fit a SR/GTE(depending on which exhaust you get) manifold and downpipe.

In bother cases it will get rid of the cat, but you will have to swap the entire exhaust for MOT times to refit the cat.

Ashley exhausts sound great. :)

do they not make one for a 1.2 carb? if so that will bolt straight on an act as a de-cat.

Afaik no they dont make one for a 1.2carb.
Only 13/14SR and GTE/GSi

Not listed in catalogue or anything...

Theres no point anyway, as then you'll be stuck with a crap standard manifold/downpipe.

The 1200 carb system wont fit the 1.2i downpipe/manifold either.

I think the one i have is meant for a 1.4SR but has been fitted to a 1.6T40 and mine, so i guess it just carb or injection options. Thats if you get the manifold as well, which would reallt be worth it
