hi peeps i'm gonna refurb my 16" rims this week so i'm stuck with my gsi rims. the performance is better but the handling is pants

I think you should spray the skirts/door handles the same colour as the car and put some standard mirrors on and itl look smart with the the 3 spokes on :thumb:

i like the 3 spokes but the handling is terrible compared to the 16's, the performance is a bit better but they badly need a refurb lol

I love steelies, cheap tyres etc etc,Lol.

I'd spray the door handles a similar colour to the skirts, grey/dark grey.
And fit the standard mirrors.

IMO it looks so much better with the 3-spokes on mate

get some decent rubber (185-50-R14) www.mytyres.co.uk that will sort the handling out a treat!:thumb:

i wanted to put my 3-spokes on but couldnt be ****d with spacers to clear the brakes - so i opted for speedlines hehe

i was going to say when i fitted some 14's on mine after having my speedlines on it handled so much better

What i was gonna say, its probably down to the type of tyre you're using on the 14s.

And I love 14 inch steelies too, you can curb the hell out of them and not feel bad about it. I want a winter set from the scrap yard but spray them a lewd colour like gold.
