could some one please give me a step by step guide to drilling my air filter
and the pros and cons of doing it
if i do it do i need to replace my air filter more often and so on
and does it up my feul consumtion?

no there is not one there is only one on how to fit a bolt on filter
does any one know of a web site that does have one

drill anywhere but not inside the filter ring!!! try to get the majority of the holes at the back of the box. then duct the air round so your filter dont clog up quite as much

what the windscreen side how many holes and what size holes ?

Erm I dont know of a site, but I'll tell you how to do it.....
Take the standard air box out of the car,
Get a drill with smallish/medium point,
Drill 2 holes on the side of the air filter at equal points to each other. A chalk line and a tape measure might help achieve this,
then keep adding holes at equal heights and distances until the desired noise is achieved.

Alterativly....
You can make a performance air filter!!!
Take some hosing that fits over where the filter was, then get some sponge, and some strong wire.
Solder the wire into place, with the sponge inside of it neatly.
Then spray the sponge and wire with water.(should now be fixed on).
Try it, Its only an idea.
