you can take it to a company do get it done and pay for it or buy a kit, joff is the only person i know to do this, although he told me it was quite expensive for the whole setup even though he will be able to do loads when he wants instead of paying every time he wants something done

isnt JOff flocking his dash - or bits of it (joff nova turbo - big thread on general somewhere)
Iv'e done it to my dash mate. I did it myself a few years ago with a kit from frost. I can get some pics up some time if you want ( I haven't shown it off on ere yet ). I would say though , don't do it yourself if you are a perfectsionist because its damn tricky to get 100% perfect.
Good luck if you do it yourself and just ask if you want to see any pics.

Yep been experimenting with the flocking on the dash and other bits.
What I have found is :-
1. An electrostatic applicator will give a finish way better than you will ever get with a puffer kit or shaker.
2. The DIY glue from the likes of www.frost.co.uk (http://www.frost.co.uk) is not very good for a lasting flock. I have found that using professional adhesive which is a two part type (adhesive and catalyst) which you mix together and goes off in about 20 mins is much better , tougher and longer lasting.
3. You can get flock to any colour you want - but bespoke stuff is not cheap - I sourced my flock and adhesive from Central Blast Cleaning who were very helpful. (http://www.centralblastcleaning.co.uk/services_flocking.php)
4. When applying the flock it helps to be in a quite humid atmosphere as the electrostatic charge is carried better when humid. I found leaving a couple of boiling kettles in my garage for 5-10 mins did the trick!
Some results shown here that I have done so far :-

Flocking is hard to get perfect, and if you do get it wrong it takes forever to get off.
A dude i know charges ?400 per time per dash! :thumb: so no id rather do it myself anyday
