I've got hold of a spare rear beam and I'm planning on building it up with discs.

Which other parts will I need (please list)? I'm trying use other vaux parts as much as possible from a scrappy, can I use the back plates off another?

Thanks for your help!

Tom

Discs calipers and hubs off a calibra/cavalier/astra.

You'll need Calipers / Discs / Stub axle ect ... everything that unbolts off the Astra / Cav beam, then you'll have to chop the plate off the beam that the stub axle mounts against, this will need welding to you origional beam (make sure you chop the one off the Nova beam first !)
You'll also have to 'bend' your origional brake lines to line up with the calipers, or make some new ones up.
For the handbrake cables, retain the origional 'long' Nova cable then use the shorter one from a MK2 Cav.
Think thats everything ?

you mite have to fit a bias valve for the back though cos the back brakes are gona lock up before the front ones under hard braking.
