Im sending someone some hard earned cash(well cheque)for a pair of front GTE seats,will they fit straight into my 1.2l mk1?

yep, as long as they have the subframes (metal bits) with them, I put some in my old 1.0L and they were fine, the difference is that the GTE seats will have there own runners and only attach to the normal Nova runners instead of moving/sliding on them
